By paying the Expedito invoice, the sender agrees that this shipment will follow the applicable rules and conditions as stated in this section.
Expedito are not responsible for differences in the statement of the contents of the shipment and the value of the goods which could cause problems, or cannot further processing, or goods withheld customs so that the goods do not arrive. All costs incurred due to mismatch information about the contents of the goods will be borne by the sender. Shipping costs are forfeited if there are goods that are not reported when sending the goods so that they are held / returned by customs.
Please inform to Expedito for any damage found, upon arrival of the Parcel within 3 days after the parcel is accepted. Beyond that, we couldn't accept any complaints at all. Please make sure to take a picture, videos when you receive a bad condition parcel, and don't try to fix it yourself. For Glass / Fragile item are not eligible for claim. So please pack your Fragile Item, properly.
Expedito is not responsible for any costs, losses and damages incurred due to the natural / inborn condition of the contents of the package, or the contents of goods that are not in accordance with the initial statement and if indeed losses and damage occur due to external such as damage / loss, Expedito’s liability limit is up to USD 100, this amount is the maximum amount of replacement, and no more than the value stated when sending the package as described in the provisions of point 5. Every delivery of the package or document is carried out by the courier partner Expedito, so that if there is a risk, Expedito will help as the sending representative to make a claim to the Courier. If buying insurance, then there will be time to claim about 25 Business days from the date the report was received.
Actual Value

Packages other than documents must state the commercial / actual value actually according to existing references, or the cost for repair and replacement of goods, and the lowest taken.
Expedito limit of liability for every shipment (without insurance) is up to USD 100. Please choose Insurance option for shipment with value higher than USD 100.
Damage and loss do not include indirect losses which include but are not limited to: shipping delays, loss of income, profits, interest and differences in market price differences, and other losses.
Expedito is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging process carried out by the sender, or the packing process and other aspects done by the sender.
Customs Process AI / Custom Clearance. The sender declares Expedito as the sending agent and appoints a shipping courier to process the customs at both the sending country and destination country.
Customs & Duty. The sender is fully responsible for ensuring that the recipient in the destination country is willing to accept the goods and pay all customs fees and other costs incurred, such as the cost of changing addresses, permit fees for certain goods and if not paid, the sending party is responsible for all costs that might happen.
Do not send goods in the form of counterfeit goods, meat, animals, bullion / gold, cigarettes, vape, forbidden powder, precious stones, weapons, explosives and ammunition; human ash, illegal goods such as ivory and narcotics, classified as dangerous substances, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted materials according to IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), ADR (European Highway Transportation Regulations for goods dangerous / European Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods), or other related organizations (“Dangerous Goods”).
Responsible as a person and free PT. Expedito Global Indonesia of all lawsuits that occur if there are things that violate the law due to the delivery of this package.
If the shipment of goods passes from 1 month, then please immediately inform Expedito so that we can immediately make a claim to the courier.
The claim process for loss Shipment will be carried out within 40 working days.
Expedito cannot provide compensation for losses due to delays or business risk due to lost / late items.
If the shipment uses the additional insurance feature, the loss claim will automatically be processed by the courier in question and reimbursement according to the value of the item that was informed at the time of shipment.
